In addition to our neighbors in the Nordic countries, customers in France, Germany, and Austria have also been able to order our railings online for the past few years. Now it’s the Swiss’s turn! We’ve delivered railings to Switzerland before, but with a bit of extra export and import hassle for both us and our customers because Switzerland isn’t a member of the EU. So there were smiles all around the office this summer when we quietly launched our two Swiss websites—one in German and one in French:
In eight European countries, customers can now order custom-made railings with free shipping from our local websites—and we offer customer service in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, and French.
This spring, we’ve also launched several new products. In addition to our classic glass railings and handrails, we now also sell stainless steel railings with horizontal or vertical bars, cable railings, and glass windbreaks that can be added to glass railings with aluminum or stainless steel posts.
