New railings in the web shop just in time for the outdoor season!

There’s a lot going on at Balustrade Store this spring. We’ve launched not just one, but three new railings! And just in time for the outdoor season, all products are available in our online store 🙂 Stay tuned as we take a look at the new arrivals!

Arcus (formerly Alu Modern)

First up is Alu Modern, a sleek glass railing with slightly shorter aluminum posts. This railing is available with wider sections, meaning larger glass panels. This, combined with the discreet aluminum rail—which secures the glass to the post but, unlike standard clamps, doesn’t protrude beyond the glass—and posts that end well below the top edge of the glass, ensures you get the most out of your view!

This is the railing for those who want an attractive patio or balcony railing that creates an open feel in their outdoor space. Just like our other aluminum railings (Forma and Color), you can, of course, use it both indoors and outdoors, and the posts are available in the standard colors natural (aluminum), white, black, or textured gray—you choose what suits your space best!

Tenso (Cable Railing)

Next up is a wire railing—a minimalist railing that creates a nautical feel. The wire railing is perfect if you want a discreet and airy boundary at ground level, for example, between a patio and a garden. The cables are made of twisted steel wire, and the posts are stainless steel, but you can choose whether you want a top rail in stainless steel or wood (oak or jatoba), as well as the number of cables. All selections are made directly in the design tool, so you can see how the railing—and the price—changes as you make your adjustments.Wire railing with stainless steel posts

Flow (Stainless Steel Handrail with Horizontal Bars)

We've long offered a stainless steel railing with vertical bars, but starting now, you can also choose a stylish stainless steel railing with horizontal bars—the choice is yours!

A railing with vertical bars always includes a top rail, but if you choose horizontal bars, the top rail is optional. The top rail is available in stainless steel or wood (oak or jatoba). Another difference between the two variants is that a railing with horizontal bars is always freestanding, while a railing with vertical bars can also be mounted to the wall if desired.

Later this spring, the stream of news continues! We’ll be launching windbreaks as an optional add-on when you purchase an aluminum railing or a stainless steel glass railing. You’ll then be able to choose a taller height (160 or 180 cm) for selected sections—for example, along the section closest to the house wall—to create a sheltered corner and enjoy your patio even on windy days and evenings.

Feeling inspired to update your indoor or outdoor space? Once you’ve found the right railing for you, simply use our convenient design tool to see the total price based on your specific measurements. Then you can choose to save the railing to view it later, have a quote sent to you via email, or order it right away.
